Our Process
Design Phase: Collaborating with the client to finalize design details. We use a range of design methods, including CAD, hand-drawing, clay modeling, 3D modeling and 3D printing, to ensure the designs are precise and meet your expectations.
By combining with CNC machines, the efficiency of carving is greatly improved, Precision is increased, and consistency is guaranteed. We can mass-produce standardized products shortly without mistakes, or we can precisely make a single customized sculpture.
Production: For CAD Drawings and 3D modelings, we will directly processing the data into CNC Machines. If it is a clay model, we will use advanced scanners to capture the whole model, then adjust the data for CNC Machine. Utilizing CNC machines for precision carving, followed by hand carving for intricate details.
Shaping: At Wenchang Stone, we utilize auto-shaping and wire saw equipment to process granite blocks into precise dimensions and complex forms with unmatched efficiency.
Whether it’s a classic upright monument or a custom curved one, our Auto-controlled systems ensure consistent quality, sharp edges, and minimal material loss — ideal for both large-volume orders and intricate custom work.
Polishing: Our polishing process combines the precision of automatic polishing machines with the finesse of hand polishing. The use of automatic polishing machines ensures a consistent and high-quality gloss, preventing issues such as dullness or water marks. For the finer details, our skilled hand polishing team takes over, meticulously refining each section to achieve a flawless finish.
