Do you allow third-party inspection?

Yes, you're welcome to send inspectors or request detailed photos/videos before shipment.

What happens if a product is damaged during shipping?

We stand behind our work. In the rare case of damage, we offer replacements or refunds based on the situation.

How do you pack your products for international shipping?

We use reinforced wooden crates and internal padding to ensure safety. All goods are fully inspected before packing.

Which port do you ship from?

Most orders ship via Xiamen Port, China. Other ports can be arranged on request.

What is your lead time for production and shipping?

Typically 1520 days for standard-design production. 25-35 days for highly customized order. Sea shipping to the U.S. takes around 3–5 weeks.
